Value: If you only own one book with “Leadership” in the title, other than the Bible, own Sanders’ work. His standards for Christian leaders are extremely high and fair to Scripture. You will not be mislead in your own leadership training if you read this book and take careful notes. As the years pass, his words become wiser and more valuable to the reader. For those of you who burn with that ambition to be used greatly by the Redeemer, learn from one who made the most of his life doing the same thing.
